The Allergy List identifies which menu items contain the most common food allergies, plus some. This includes:

  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Soy
  • Wheat
  • Fish
  • Peanut
  • Tree Nut
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Gluten
  • Oats
  • Corn
  • Carrageenan
  • Red Dye
Note: our system does not purchase shellfish.
If your child has food allergies, and you would like the cafeteria to monitor his/her purchases, please see our Special Dietary Needs section.
