Teacher Supply Depot Procedures

NO CHILDREN OR SPOUSES/SIGNIFICANT OTHERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE TEACHER DEPOT DURING SHOPPING DAYS

 

*Attention* All teachers must have proof of PTA membership and must show your membership card at the registration table. If your local unit does not have a membership card available for you, please contact your local unit president and request a letter stating you are an active member.

Teachers will be supplied with a bucket to shop.  They may bring a bag or boxes to carry supplies after the shopping visit has been completed.

 

How to register:

A link will be provided when registration is open. 

  1. Fifty (50) teachers will be allowed to shop every thirty (30) minutes.

  2. Please sign up only once.

  3. Time slots will be filled on a first come-first serve basis.

  4. You will receive a confirmation when you register. Please print your confirmation and bring it with you.

  5. Time slots begin at 8:30 and are 30 minutes in length.

             Ex: 8:30-9:00-9:45-10:15 etc. Ending at 12:15 p.m.
