Memorandum of Agreement

The Hamilton County Department of Education and Hamilton County Education Association engage in Interest Based Bargaining.

The HCEA team is comprised of teachers, the president of HCEA, one principal and the TEA Uniserv liaison.

The HCDE management team has 5 members of district management appointed by the Board of Education.

All agreements must be approved by both the Board of Education and the HCEA membership.
