Loftis Middle

Loftis Middle School is home of the Cougars and opened in 1995. We currently have an enrollment of approximately 656 students in grades 6-8. In partnership with parents and members of the community, we seek to provide a safe learning environment that promotes and encourages the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of our student body while challenging them to become and excel as lifelong learners, independent thinkers, respectful individuals, and responsible citizens. We hold all students at the core of every decision made. At Loftis, we are committed to creating a diverse, supportive, and rigorous learning environment. A varied and academically challenging course of study is offered in which every student succeeds by exploring personal talents, developing like skills, and achieving at the highest academic level.
