Vendor Registration
Welcome to the Hamilton County Department of Education vendor registration site. By completing our application documents, you will enable us to contact you with an invitation to bid in our formal bid process according to the commodity categories you select. The benefit to you, as a vendor, in registering with us is:
- the elimination of having to spend your valuable time scouring the legal ads to find business opportunities,
- having to contact us to request a bid package, and
- waiting for the invitation to arrive which delays completion and submission of your bid.
Registering as a vendor is not a requirement for doing business with the Hamilton County Department of Education, but it does help to streamline the process.
