Accountability & Testing

The Accountability and Testing department is responsible for state reporting in terms of student achievement, student attendance monitoring, tracking and evaluation of student data, management of the student database as well as compliance with No Child Left Behind laws and criteria. This department handles all testing guidelines, implementation, shipping, coordination and distribution of state and federal tests.
Below are links to information about annual tests that students in Hamilton County take based on their grade level and state requirements.
ACT (National college entrance exam)
EOC (End of Course tests - delivered each semester in high school)
TCAP (K-8 state standardized tests in math, reading, science and social studies)
AYP (Federal benchmark for No Child Left Behind status)
