Magnet School Applications for 2012-2013

Parents interested in sending their children to a Hamilton County Magnet School for the 2012-2013 school year may begin applying November 1, 2011.  Paper applications may be picked up at any Hamilton County Magnet School or at our Central office located here at the corner of Bonny Oaks Drive and Hickory Valley Road.  For persons having Internet access, we will have the application posted to our website at that time. If you choose to apply online, you will know that your application was successfully submitted if you are given a confirmaton number.

Once your application has been received and processed by our department, you will receive by U.S. mail or email (if you provided us with an email address) a letter asking you to review the information that we have on file.  Please take time to look over that letter carefully as any incorrect information can affect your chances for selection.  If there is ANY information that needs to be changed, please contact the Office of Innovative Programs at 423-209-8475 immediately.  It is very important that once the application period ends on January 31 that the informatmion we have is accurate.
