Elementary Operations Department
The Elementary Operations department provides operational support to all elementary schools (K-5) in the district. This department assists elementary principals with staffing, personnel issues, student issues, behavior, parent and community concerns. The operations department is also responsible for professional development for Elementary Principals and Assistant Principals. This department collaborates with Curriculum and Instruction, Pre-K, Federal Programs, Magnet Schools, Character Education, Special Education and Urban Education on issues pertaining to elementary schools.
