Pre-K Programs
Hamilton County Department of Education operates 44 Pre-K classrooms in 34 different locations, which includes schools and community based sites. The program, which is funded through the federal and state funds is designed to give students the proper foundation for Kindergarten. The program is open to those Hamilton County residents who meet federal or state guidelines. The application process for enrolling in the pre-k program begins in May. Please note that applications are taken at each site. Children are not officially registered until all documentation is completed and verified.
