December 2010/January 2011 Update
Hamilton on his snow days (from left-right Hamilton, Jerry, and Eddie). Hamilton thoroughly enjoyed his snow days! His favorite snow activity is making his version of snow angels. He loves to dive into the snow and roll around!
Hamilton is continuing to master his service dog skills, and the Goodwill Assistance Dog Academy is planning for his potential placement in October. He will undergo extensive testing and evaluation over the course of several months this summer to determine whether he is ready for assistance dog certification in the fall. If he is not quite ready, we will plan to give him away in January 2012. He still has quite a journey ahead, but his prognosis for a life of service is excellent!
