High School Operations
Dr. Marvin Lott ~ Director of High Schools
The High School Operations department provides operational support to all high schools (9-12) in the district. This department assists high school principals with staffing, personnel issues, student and behavior issues as well as parent and community concerns. The operations department is also responsible for professional development for high school principals and assistant principals. This department collaborates with Curriculum and Instruction, Federal Programs, Magnet Schools, Career and Technical Education, Humanities and Special Education on issues pertaining to high schools.
The High School Operations department also collaborates with the Public Education Foundation in the College Access Initiative, which seeks to assist students with navigating the complex map of going onto post-secondary education.
