Immunization Requirements
For the 2013-2014 school year, the Tennessee Department of Health is requiring additional immunizations and a new immunization certificate for the following students:
- Entering Pre-school
- Entering Pre-Kindergarten
- Entering Kindergarten
- Entering 7th Grade
- All new students enrolling in any grade
Most students have already had these immunizations; however this information may not be documented on their current immunization certificate. Those students listed above who do not have the required immunization documented on the new certificate, will not be allowed to register in school until this information is presented.
