• $20,000 Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance (non-contributory for active employees)
   
• Long Term Disability insurance (non-contributory)
   
• Optional Employee Supplemental Life insurance (employee pays for coverage if elected)
   
• Optional Spouse Supplemental Life insurance (employee pays for coverage if elected)
