Assessment of the functional vision of any student who is suspected of having a
visual disability or one who has been certified as having a visual disability.

Provide modifications and adaptations of materials specific to a visual disability.

Provide devices such as magnifiers and closed-captioned televisions to enlarge print.

Provide consultation to determine modifications that can be provided by classroom
teachers.

Provide instruction in the use of magnifiers and closed-captioned televisions to
enlarge print.

Order large print and Braille, and auditory materials as required based upon the
visual disability.
