Public Liability or General Incident


Risk Management should receive notification of the following:

  • Non-employee or non-student injury or death on HCDE premises.
  • Damage to non-employee vehicle by a non-employee or employee vehicle or by grounds
  • Personnel
  • Non-employee personal property damage by a student
  • Damage to an employee vehicle, made by another vehicle or by grounds personnel

 The following type incidents that occur on HCDE property:

  • Arson/fire
  • Flooding
  • Bomb Threat
  • Burglary
  • Vandalism
  • Trespassing
  • Drug/Alcohol
  • Breaking & Entering
  • Rape or attempt or other sex offense
  • Weapons
  • Demonstration
