Josh Pendley grew up around medicine. His dad is a physician. His aunt and his grandmother were both nurses. And from them, he gained a love and appreciation for the human body, healing and health. He was also instilled with a life-long love of learning. It’s not uncommon to find Josh reading for pleasure or building high end gaming computers. How fitting then, that this offspring of caretakers and student of life gets to practice pharmacy with the educators and support staff of Hamilton County Schools.
Josh started his undergraduate work right here in Chattanooga at UTC. He eventually transferring to UT Knoxville to complete his pre-pharmacy work. He then attended South University School of Pharmacy in Savannah, GA before moving back to the Chattanooga area where he grew up.
Some of you may recognize Josh from the Target store on Hwy 153 in Hixson where he’s been the Pharmacist in Charge since 2011.
