HCS Announces Second L.E.A.D. Cohort
Chattanooga, Tenn. (Sept. 20, 2021) -- Hamilton County Schools (HCS) has selected their second cohort of Leadership, Exploration, and Development (L.E.A.D.) participants.
L.E.A.D is an opportunity for aspiring principals, aspiring assistant principals, and aspiring instructional coaches in HCS. This program is designed to identify strong candidates for future leadership positions and provide them training and tools for potential positions.
