Gloves Up for Grayson to benefit Ooltewah child

Photo of Grayson Ledbetter A special event at the Chattanooga Convention Center on Saturday, April 6 featuring the U.S. Army boxing team will benefit a courageous young man from Ooltewah. The event is called “Gloves Up for Grayson” and the event benefits Grayson’s Ladder.

Doors open at 5 p.m. and boxing begins at 6 p.m. The amateur undercard features the best boxers on the U.S. Army team taking on Southeast All-stars.

Grayson is a five-year-old living with Alexander Disease, and Grayson’s Ladder exists to ensure kids with this disease and other forms of Leukodystrophy live long, fulfilling lives. Alexander Disease is a rare, regressive brain disease affecting fewer than 100 people across the world.
