Admissions Timeline

Step 1: Attend Information Sessions/Tours at Schools

(not required, but recommended)

Our Choose Hamilton fair will be held at Northgate Mall on January 11th from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Step 2: Complete Online Lottery Application

(3 schools may be listed as 1st choice)

Application window: November 22, 2019 and January 31, 2020

Lottery to run on February 10, 2020

Questions regarding school choice can be emailed to 

Step 3: Notification of Acceptance

  • Notifications sent out by February 15, 2020
  • Parent respond by March 1, 2020 to indicate whether they accept the spot (or choose which spot they want if offered more than one.

Step 4: Parents Secure Spot by Attending School-Designated Event

Parents must attend the School Choice event to secure their spot (Dates & times to be announced but will complete by March, 2020)

There are five categories of schools students are eligible to apply for outside of their zoned school:

** Students enrolled in these institutes will be enrolled ½ day at an off campus location.
