Important Open Enrollment Information

All Changes made during open enrollment will go into effect January 1, 2021.

Flexible Spending Account election forms are required each year.  We will send out a link to the FSA election form when the IRS announces FSA maximums for 2021.

Spousal Coverage Affidavit forms are required each year if you are covering a spouse on a health plan.
