Leadership Development

Hamilton County Schools is dedicated to ensuring that every student has access to excellent teachers and that every teacher has access to excellent school leaders by recruiting and retaining talented educators. Our leadership development opportunities and programs were developed with one key idea in mind: by focusing our development efforts intensely on equipping current teachers, teacher leaders, and school administrators to have an immediate impact on the instruction and culture occurring in their schools, we will see higher student engagement, increased student achievement, and a dramatic reduction in the achievement gap. Our programs help educators at all stages of their career continuously improve to be the best possible leaders they can be so that all Hamilton County students can thrive and reach their full potential.
