The Payroll Department processes biweekly, supplemental and all coaching payrolls for all Hamilton County Department of Education employees.

This department processes all voluntary, court ordered, garnishments, 403b Tax Shelter Annuities & 401k deductions and Direct Deposit changes.

W2 Forms are processed and distributed annually by the Payroll Department.
