What is Kick Butts Day?
Kick Butts Day is a national day of activism when teachers, youth leaders, public health advocates, and other community leaders organize events designed to get youth to stand out, speak up and seize control against Big Tobacco.
How do I get involved?
Check out these Kick Butts Day activity ideas to get started. You can use them as-is or you can adapt them for your group. Some are quick and easy to implement, while others require a little bit more preparation. Either way, plan early.
You can even develop your own Kick Butts Day activity from scratch if you're feeling creative. Once you have planned your activities, register your event to be officially counted as part of Kick Butts Day!
Kick Butts Day is organized by the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. The first Kick Butts Day was held in 1996.
