The Howard School students in the Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management recently hosted a speakeasy-inspired mix & mingle as part of a project-based learning experience through Rock City Enterprises. From designing the space and atmosphere to planning the menu and welcoming guests, students across Levels 1–4 worked together to bring the event to life.![]()

The result was an afternoon of live music, great food, and meaningful connections, with students creating an atmosphere that truly made guests feel like they had stepped into an elegant speakeasy🎷.
